The company’s philosophy remains unchanged over the last 30 years. Michael G. Rademaker, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, built teams of disciplined and seasoned professionals whom are results-oriented and dedicated to service. He believes the company’s success is the direct result of the quality of the professionals and specialists that serve on the MGR Team. Mike created his mission statement in 1983 “We treat our client’s properties as if they were our own”.
Mike Makis - President
 
Mr. Mike Makis has more then 30 continuous years in the real estate and property management business. He joined the MGR Team at its inception in 1983. He is licensed through the Department of Real Estate, and earned his business degree from Valparaiso University in Indiana. The depth if his experience encompasses all types of residential products, markets, and property disposition (management, leasing, sales, etc.) Mr. Makis is a valuable member of the management team, and oversees all operations and decisions made within his management team.
Carol Higgins - Vice President

Ms. Carol Higgins has been a valuable member of the MGR Property Management team since 1999. Her experience and specialization is in the residential real estate field, specifically overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of apartment complexes. She is a licensed salesperson in the State of California and has a business degree from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California. Ms. Higgins has lead our team of onsite managers since 2007 and was promoted to Vice President of MGR Property Management in 2012. Prior to joining MGR Property Management, she worked as a District Manager in the self storage industry. Ms. Higgins earned the “Property Manager of The Year” Award in 2006.

Shawn Grieve, New Accounts Manager, Victorville Office
 
Shawn Grieve has the reputation of being honest and caring of her clients and making sure they get the best service. With a background of over 18 years in  customer service, Shawn has the ability to make her clients feel at ease, safe, and secure about their real estate dealings.

Sandie Jensen - Residential Property Manager, Upland Office

Ms. Sandie Jensen is a significant member of our growing property management team. As a licensed real estate agent for over 7 years, her experience in real estate and property management is a tremendous benefit to our company and our clientele. In her years of experience, Sandie has handled various types of commercial and residential properties, including large apartment complexes. Sandie has also had “hands on” involvement with tenants, when she served as an on-site property manager for a large town home complex. Sandie also dedicated over a year in helping train some of our new staff in our Victorville office after the grand opening, and has assisted in managing our Leasing Department.

 

Patti LeBarron - Senior Residential Property Manager, Victorville Office

Patti LeBarron is a Senior Property Manager , overseeing the Victorville office staff, as well as managing a large portfolio of residential properties. She is licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate and has over 18 years experience in property management under her belt. Patti is excited to work with such a great team, helping homeowners and investors with all of their property management needs, while treating your property as if it were her own.

Marilyn Raffoul - Residential Property Manager, Victorville Office

Ms. Marilyn Raffoul has had the pleasure of working at each MGR location. Marilyn manages a large residential portfolio in the High Desert. She is a  licensed salesperson in the State of California and came to MGR with extensive experience in residential properties. Marilyn was formerly our top leasing agent, who was promoted to Property Manager. In 2009, Marilyn transferred from the Colton Office to the Victorville office to help with the growth and expansion of the High Desert Office. Her experience in marketing, leasing, showing property, and maintenance management is invaluable.

Andre Clark - Residential Property Manager, Colton Office

Andre Clark, a California Certified Residential Manager (C.C.R.M.) and Real Estate Licensee, oversees our Colton location, which includes a wide range of communities within the San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Andre is a Business Major with an extensive background in sales who utilizes his keen negotiating skills to maximize the potentials of our clients’ real estate assets. Understanding that business success derives from quality service, Andre’s capability to communicate with competence enhances his value to the MGR operation.

Melissa Sheridan - Senior Commercial Property Manager

Mrs. Melissa Sheridan has been a valuable asset to MGR Property since 2004, working very closely with our company CEO Michael Rademaker, in managing his personal portfolio of buildings. Melissa is also one of our Senior Property Managers. She has been managing a large portfolio of Commercial Propertiessince 2006, and was awarded the company’s ‘Property Manager of the Year’ in 2007. Melissa’s daily tasks include overseeing work orders, walk-through inspections with tenants, renewing current leases, maintaining rents at market value. Melissa works very closely with her owners to ensure an outstanding rapport. In addition, she works closely and oversees her Commercial Team to make sure her department operates smoothly.

Hilda Del Castillo -Property Manager, Canyon Lake and Orange County Offices
 

Mrs. Hilda Del Castillo began her career with MGR Real Estate, Inc. in 2007, as a commercial leasing associate and assistant to Michael G. Rademaker, gaining valuable experience in commercial leasing and sales. Mrs. Del Castillo joined MGR Property Management, Inc. in 2009.  Since then, she has successfully managed and leased both commercial and residential properties. Mrs. Del Castillo is a high motivated, high energy individual, whose strength is in providing excellent costumer services. She currently oversees our Canyon Lake and Orange County locations.

Jamie Wilson - Assistant Commercial Property Manager, Upland Office

Jamie Wilson is a skilled addition to MGR's Commercial Property Management team.  She began her career with MGR as a Sales Associate in 2008. Her background includes commercial appraisal, exemplary customer service and sales. Jamie demonstrates integrity in all she does: maintaining A-list ascetics in all buildings and properties, being a team player and achieving superlative communication skills with tenants, and property owners to ensure that all parties receive top quality care.

Lynn Yangchana - Commercial Leasing & Sales, Upland Office

Lynn Yangchana is a Commercial Associate in MGR Services, Inc., Upland office, specializing in commercial properties related to office and retail building uses including tenant relocations, sales, and leasing.  Working directly with Broker/CEO Michael G. Rademaker and Commercial Associate Todd Weeks, their close-knit team is extensively consulted by tenants, owners, and investors capitalizing on the Inland Empire’s commercial real estate market and assisting long-term clients with a wide range of services and solutions.  Lynn has detailed knowledge of how building owners value their assets, allowing her to provide insights and be creative in negotiating lease terms that establish value for tenants.  Her honest approach and timely response enables faster resolutions to challenges and identifying opportunities of today’s marketplace.

Todd Weeks - Commercial Leasing & Sales, Upland Office

In 2004, Todd Weeks began his career in commercial real estate at MGR Services, Inc. by attending and graduating the MGR Services Commercial Intern Program. In 2005 Todd accepted a position as an assistant to the broker, Michael G. Rademaker, which gave Todd a perspective of commercial real estate that few see. He works directly with new commercial trainees, sharing the knowledge he has gained at MGR, and guiding them through their first commercial transactions. Todd continues to work directly with Mr. Rademaker in the acquisition and leasing of his personal portfolio and the MGR Commercial Property Management portfolio.
